Refund policy
At dekstech, we are committed to delivering exceptional web development, design, and technical services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to dekstech are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes deposits, milestone payments, and full project payments.
2. Service Fulfillment
While no refunds will be issued, dekstech will fulfill the scope of services owed based on the amount paid. We will continue to provide work as outlined in the project agreement or service scope until the paid balance is met.
3. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer partial, pro-rated, or conditional refunds for any reason. This includes delays, scope changes, or early project completion.
4. Responsibility for Scope Review
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the scope of work before making any payment. If clarification is needed, it should be requested prior to submitting payment.
5. Dispute Handling
In the event of a disagreement, dekstech will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through continued service—not through refund.
