Is my store a fit?

It's built for US brands doing roughly $30k to $300k a month that already use Klaviyo. Below that, your list is usually too small for monthly campaigns to pay off, so we'll tell you honestly on the audit.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

All 6 core flows (welcome, browse abandon, cart/checkout abandon, post-purchase, winback, sunset) live in your Klaviyo within 14 days of us getting access and your onboarding form. If not, we refund month 1 and keep working until they're live. If we're waiting on something only you can give us, like an approval or DNS access, the clock pauses. Full details are in the service terms.

Do you guarantee more revenue?

No. Anyone who guarantees your revenue is guessing about your products, prices and traffic. We guarantee what we control: the work, done right and on time. Your monthly report shows what email is making so you can judge the results yourself.

I already have some flows. Do you start over?

No. We audit what's there, keep what works, fix what's broken and replace what isn't worth saving.

Do I approve emails before they send?

Yes. Every campaign goes to you for approval first, and you review the flows in one batch before they go live.

Is Klaviyo included?
