How fast will my requests get done?

Most requests are delivered in about 2 business days on average. Your first request is guaranteed within 2 business days or your first month is free. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

How many requests can I send?

As many as you like. Your board holds your whole list, and we work on one request at a time, top to bottom. When one is delivered, the next one starts.

Why one at a time?

It keeps quality high and the price flat. One focused developer on your top request beats five half-finished tasks. Most brands find their backlog clears faster this way.

What if a request is bigger than one dev-day?

We'll either split it into smaller requests that run back to back, or send you a separate quote. You decide. Nothing bigger gets started without your OK.
