This Privacy Policy covers DeKs Receptionist, the AI phone answering service operated by Deks Technology Solutions, LLC ("dekstech", "we"), 180 Valley Hall Dr, Perrysburg, OH 43551. Questions: support@dekstech.com.

What we collect

From subscribing businesses: name, business name, email, mobile number, business phone number, and the setup details entered on our setup form, plus the date and time of SMS opt-in.

From calls our AI answers: call recordings, transcripts and the details callers give (name, callback number, address, service request).

How we use it

Only to provide the service: answer and route calls, send call summaries to the business by email and, if the business opted in, by SMS, provide support, and bill for the service. We do not send marketing text messages.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the telecom vendors that deliver the messages (for example, our SMS carrier), solely to send them. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that run the service for us (telephony, AI and hosting vendors), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Call data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or as the business requests, then deleted. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
